Do I have to go through my family doctor to access 1Call1Click.ca?
No, you can refer yourself, a child or youth.  Some services offered through 1Call1Click.ca may require a physician referral but, the 1Call1Click.ca team will assist you with the process of obtaining a referral
Who should I call if I need help immediately?
If you are in danger or in the case of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the emergency room of the nearest hospital.  If this is not an emergency but you are in crisis, please contact the Crisis Line at 613-260-2360 or 1-877-377-7775.
At what age am I able to access services through 1Call1Click.ca without having to tell my parents or guardians?
1Call1Click's policy is to obtain consent from youth 12 and over, unless deemed incapable.
How fast should I hear back from someone once I have submitted an online request through  1Call1Click.ca? 
You should receive a call to arrange an intake appointment within three business days.
Are there any costs associated with the appointments and services accessed through 1Call1Click.ca?
All services provided by 1Call1Click.ca and its partner organizations are funded by the Province of Ontario and are no cost to you.
I don’t have any I.D. Can I still use 1Call1Click.ca services?
Yes, you can.
How can I access services if I’m over 21 years of age?
If you are 21 years of age and older and need help and support, reach out to AccessMHA and they will help connect you to the service you need.
