Do you serve all levels of mental health/addictions (mild, moderate, severe)?
Yes, we serve all levels of mental health/addictions.
What geographic area do you serve?

We cover parts of eastern Ontario including Ottawa, Pembroke, Cornwall, Hawkesbury, and surrounding areas, including the counties of:

  • Lanark, Leeds and Grenville
  • Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry
  • Prescott-Russell
  • Renfrew
What should the child, youth and their family expect during the intake appointment? (i.e. how long, what is asked)
A 1Call1Click.ca intake worker will meet with the child/youth and family  to discuss their needs/goals. There will be screening for areas of needs, identification of the level of care and determination of which service to match . The duration of this appointment can vary but could be up to 45 minutes.  For those with more complex needs, we will review need for care coordination.
How will I be notified of the outcome of my referral?

Community partners/service providers can complete a referral with the consent of the child/youth and family.

What options do I have for making a referral?

We recommend that you make a referral on behalf of your patients who come to you for mental health and addictions support as some services can only be accessed with a physician referral.

Ocean eReferral Network:
Outpatient referrals for 1Call1Click.ca can be made through Ocean eReferral, which enables most community physician EMRs to conveniently create and submit requisitions directly. If you are not already set up with access to Ocean eReferral and are interested in learning more, please contact Champlain_eReferral_Team@lhins.on.ca. Ocean referral Network for healthcare professionals.

Ocean and Epic Integration

1Call1Click.ca has now introduced a newly integrated referral system between Ocean and Epic.

This new integration is designed to reduce patient wait times, by decreasing clerical requirements, and provide a more streamlined, accurate and efficient transmission of information between all parties involved in a patient’s care.

This integration between Ocean and Epic further enhances patient care by:
• Reducing the time required for data entry by providers when making a referral.
• Producing and sending an electronic note back to the provider including all information required and actions taken.

EpicCare Link:
1Call1Click.ca uses the electronic health record from Epic Systems as the foundation of 1Call1Click.ca's infrastructure. Physicians and health regulated professionals wanting to refer a child or youth to 1Call1Click.ca can do so using the EpicCare Link below. This link allows providers to securely make a referral, see a patient's circle of care and have access to patient charts.
Epicare Link for healthcare professionals
EpicCare Link is intended to replace paper referrals submitted via fax or mail. Referrals submitted via EpicCare Link will be automatically routed to 1Call1Click.ca. An Online form or Fax form will be available as we support transition to the EpicCare Link.

All services provided by 1Call1Click.ca and its partner organizations are funded by the Province of Ontario.
