A fundamental principle for the Kids Come First Health Team, is “Nothing About Us Without Us”.  It is essential that children, youth, parents, and caregivers are equal partners in all that we do; they are instrumental in building trust, improving the quality and safety of care, and transforming care.

The Child, Youth, Family, and Caregiver Partner Working Group of Kids Come First is a team of partners who work with members of our Kids Come First Health Team partner organizations on projects, initiatives and programs that support kids.

If your organization is looking for expertise from our Child, Youth, Family, and Caregiver Partners, please complete the request form* below and email it to communications@kidscomefirst.ca to tell us more about the initiative/project. Based on the information provided, the Kids Come First Child, Youth, Family, and Caregiver Partner working group will see if any of its members are interested and available.

A Kids Come First team member will contact you via email or phone to follow up on this request and discuss any potential next steps.

Priority will be given to Kids Come First Health Team initiatives. To learn more and if your activity can be a Kids Come First initiative email us at communications@kidscomefirst.ca

Please note, that your application does not guarantee participation from our CYFC Partners.
