Kids Come First includes over 70 organizations; youth and family partners; nearly 1,100 physicians; and many other individuals including children, youth, and families.
Kids Come First working groups bring together youth, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners to co-design and lead improvements in child and youth health across Eastern Ontario.

Are you passionate about improving access to health services for Francophone children, youth, and families in Eastern Ontario? Do you enjoy collaboration, sharing your expertise, and working toward equity in care? The Francophone Working Group is actively seeking new members to support its mission of advancing French-language health services through partnership, advocacy, and system transformation. This group:

Primary Care Working Group |
The Primary Care Working Group brings together healthcare professionals, individuals with lived or living experience, and community partners to strengthen how children and youth access primary care across Eastern Ontario. The group supports regional collaboration, helps shape priorities, drives innovative projects, and builds stronger connections across the health system – working closely with Ontario Health Teams to align efforts and maximize impact. Participation is flexible, with opportunities to engage in ways that align with your interests and availability. If you're passionate about improving primary care for kids and youth, we invite you submit your Expression of Interest by July 18, 2025. |
